  5. Add dry ingredients alternately with greek yogurt and vanilla to the creamed mixture with a wooden spoon.
  6. Spread half the batter in a tube pan, sppon 3/4 of the topping over batter. cover with remaining topping.
  7. Bake for approximately 60 - 65 minutes. if it is not yet done nd its becoming too brown cover with foil until baked.

In a large bowl, beat sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla until well blended. In another bowl, whisk flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into sugar mixture (batter will be thick). For topping, beat the butter, sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together except for the butter. Cnce combined, slowly pour in the butter.
